Welcome - Hi, I’m Su!

My very first yoga experience of yoga practice was over ten years ago. This was when I was pregnant with my first child. This was purely to help me with breathing and some back pain problems I had at the time. Since then, I was hooked! Hooked by the notion that it did not only help me physically but also mentally. Hooked by the relaxation it gave me. Hooked to the calmness and stillness that it connects to my body, mind and spirit.

In 2020 I launched my wellness coaching app, helping people who has been inactive for a long period of time, or from a long-term illness to find their inner strength to get back into exercising with ease. I’ve created classes with foundational tutorial videos for both beginners and experienced practitioners. This app is a dream come true for me and with it is a community incredible yogis and I would love you to join us.

I have now also created a few more mini challenges and mini courses for you to have a go as well.

Live Classes - In Studio + Online

Not all yoga and meditation is made the same, which is why I’d love you to come to my classes both In Studio and Online. Whether you’re looking for a full cardio flow or a relaxing meditation, we’ve got the options you need to balance your practice. Classes on offer are - gentle vinyasa flow, yin yoga, yoga nidra, prenatal friendly and slow burn yoga, which is more of a power yoga style.

Massage Therapy

Did you know I’m also a Massage Therapist as well! I’m Hitchin / Letchworth base. I’m a mobile massage therapist so I’m happy to come to you or we can hire a studio space near you for an extra fee for studio room hire, and petrol if you live further afar.
